Open Positions

Lead Flooring Installer

Experienced installer capable of managing full residential and light commercial flooring projects. Must be confident in LVP and tile installations and able to lead small crews.

Performance-based pay structure. Advancement opportunity into foreman-level leadership.

Flooring Installer

Skilled installer with at least 1 year of experience. Must be able to complete flooring installations with minimal direction and maintain professional jobsite standards.

Advancement opportunities available based on performance.

Installer Helper

Entry-level position assisting with prep, demo, staging, and installation support. Construction experience preferred but not required.

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
